Replaced a leaky old flat roof with 60 mil white TPO membrane for a property management company.

Removed an old built up flat roof that was leaking in numerous areas.

Replaced over 100 feet of rotten 1"x8" deck boards.

Installed 1" ISO (insulation).

Mechanically fastened 60 mil white TPO through insulation to the roof deck.

Removed decorative shingles & replaced with CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles.
