Replaced old 3-tab roof with CertainTeed Landmark Moire Black architectural shingles.

Replaced old gray vinyl lap siding with CertainTeed Tuxedo Black Board & Batten siding.

Removed old 5" gutters & 2"x3" downspouts with 6" white aluminum gutters & 3"x4" downspouts.
